Shikha Khandelwal
Title: International (Non-US) Volunteer Coordinator
Affiliation: Vodafone Essar Ltd., India
Location: New Delhi, India
Shikha Khandelwal coordinates FAB's international volunteers. Since 2008, Shikha has worked for Vodafone India in the Finance function of the Telecom sector, where she has worked with the Corporate and Regional Finance Team. Her professional experience also includes working with other multi-nationals like American Express and Siemens. She has also shown keen interest in several social organizations/activities throughout her career. Her passion for social work led her to become the co-founder of the social service wing (Dayitva-NSS) of her graduation college. More recently, she provided leadership to the Net Impact club at ISB during her course of MBA and worked in tandem with several social organizations. Shikha holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bacholar of Arts with honors in Economics from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, India.
Nadine Blanco
Title: US-Based Student Volunteer Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Nadine Blanco coordinates FAB's US-based student (undergraduate and graduate) student volunteers. Nadine is a double majore in Latin American Studies and Economics. She works as an editorial assistant for UCLA Anderson School of Management Assets magazine. In addition, she participates in the organization UCLA MoneyThink, a club dedicated to promoting financial literacy within inner city high schools. Nadine aims to pursue a career in economic development in Latin America.
Christopher Swab
 Title: US-Based Professional Volunteer Coordinator
Affiliation: Kforce Professional Staffing
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Chris Swab coorindates FAB's US-based professional volunteers. Chris works as a Recruiter for Kforce Professional Staffing in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. A native of Western Pennsylvania, Chris has his Bachelor's degree in Advertising as well as his MBA from Gannon University in Erie, PA. Following graduation, he moved to Pittsburgh and worked as an Account Manager for a commercial printer before joining Kforce. Chris is also a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
